This is an intense programme for individuals and professionals who are committed to exploring who they are beyond their daily roles in life and for those would like to enhance and further their professional careers and also improve their interpersonal relationships.
Food Therapy:
Combining my experience of working as a chef with my current work in psychotherapy, I offer a unique programme in food therapy to individuals and groups. A typical food therapy session involves me teaching cooking while helping clients work through emotional issues. Food therapy works on several levels; as a medium to work with clients with food-related issues, and teaching clients how to cook tasty, nutritional food.
Professional Mentoring Services:
A bespoke mentoring service for young people and adults.
Parental and Family Workshops:
Exploring ways to release and improve interpersonal dynamics between family members.
Schools and Organisations:
Psychotherapy and counselling in primary and secondary school settings and organisations that work with children, young people and families. I specialise in working with the most at risk and challenged young people.
Workshops:
I run experiential workshops for children, young people and adults, and deliver bespoke workshops onsite and anywhere in Europe. My workshops promote, support and ground the integration of mind, body and feeling aspects of the human personality.
Reiki and Energy Healing:
I use a combination of Reiki and Energy psychology-healing to alleviate and transform the psychological and emotional trauma trapped within the body matrix system.
